1. License to Use the App

OverallCatering LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Clover app on a single device for personal or business purposes. This license is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. User Account

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account with OverallCatering LLC. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to maintain the security of your account information.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the Clover app in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not use the App for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:

• Modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works of the App.
• Using the App to violate the rights of any third party.
• Engaging in any activity that could harm the App or OverallCatering LLC.

• Using the App to transmit harmful or illegal content.
• Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international laws.

6. Termination

OverallCatering LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Clover app at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

7. Ownership

All rights, titles, and interests in the Clover app, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by OverallCatering LLC. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights through your use of the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Clover app is provided "as-is" without any warranties or guarantees. OverallCatering LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App and is not responsible for any damages resulting from its use, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or personal injury.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OverallCatering LLC and its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Clover app, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Amendments

OverallCatering LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or country where OverallCatering LLC is incorporated. Any legal action arising from this Agreement will be brought exclusively in the courts located within that jurisdiction.
